QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in client coordination, document processing, and administrative support within project-based environments
- Has at least 1 year of experience in liaising with banks/financial institutions and managing loan related documentation
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with experience handling contracts, title transfers, and compliance documentation
