Bentley’s software powers critical infrastructure worldwide, and our documentation ecosystem supports hundreds of thousands of users each month. We are investing in a coordinated, modernized documentation experience, and we’re seeking a **Documentation Operations Manager** to operationalize standards, workflows, and tooling across dozens of product teams and their embedded technical writers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the _systematic production, maintenance, and optimization_ of documentation across the company — ensuring consistent quality, smooth workflows, and reliable publishing. You will partner closely with writers, product teams, Release Services, and our growing Documentation Community of Practice (CoP).
