Proto Assembly and Field Trials
- Conduct prototype assembly and field trials (where applicable) to ensure compliance with design requirements and performance standards.
3D Modelling and Documentation
- Create accurate 3D models and 2D drawings using SAP ECTR.
- Develop Bills of Materials (BOM), perform tolerance stack-up analysis, and ensure design outputs conform to design inputs.
Packaging Development
- Design and develop packaging solutions, including product packing, leaflets, and catalogues, to support product presentation and marketing activities.
Workplace Safety and Organization
- Maintain a safe and organized workplace by applying 6S principles.
- Adhere to safety protocols and good housekeeping practices within the Design Office and Stores.
