Job Description
- Develop and execute driver engagement and retention strategies to maintain a strong and active driver base.
- Design and manage incentive programs, campaigns, and communications to drive driver activity and performance.
- Analyze driver behavior and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities (activation, churn, productivity).
- Lead onboarding, reactivation, and lifecycle management initiatives for drivers.
- Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing to improve driver experience and platform usability.
- Manage and mentor engagement team members to ensure effective execution.
- Gather driver feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
