Driver supervisor wanted!
Our Client based in Swindon is seeking a Driving supervisor. There is a permanent position available after a successful trial period.
Job Description:
- Maintain the site's compliance for all vehicles & drivers (11 HGVs, 1 van, 13 drivers)
- Cover Class 2 driver holiday and other absence when required
- Carry out driver training, coaching & assessments when required
- Assist the Operations Management team when required with covering warehouse duties such as goods in
- Load vehicles, palletised goods, by counterbalance forklift, when required
Hours and pay :
· Normal working hours: 04:00-14:15, Monday-Friday, although Saturdays are on a rota basis (1 in 12) - 48-hour contract, averaged over a 26-week reference period for WTR
