- Code of Conduct Monitoring: Report violations to ensure a safe and respectful environment
- Issue Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve Driver-Partner concerns
- Reward Campaigns: Plan and execute initiatives to recognize and reward Driver-Partners
- Educational Engagement: Conduct sessions on safety and quality to enhance Driver-Partner knowledge
- Event Support: Assist with engagement events, including packing, distributing items, and ensuring positive experiences
