Client of Talents Hub is looking for a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations in Dubai. Candidates should have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef, ideally with extensive hands-on experience in Persian cuisine.
The role includes supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and compliance with hygiene standards, and contributing to menu development. A candidate with strong leadership skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
