Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor-Remote(Greece) or Athens

We're partners with the largest outsourcing company in Greece to find experienced Dutch Customer Care Specialists to work remotely anywhere in Greece, or out of their office in Athens. The successful candidates will support customers for different industries and brands.

• Support Dutch customers over phone, email and occasionally chat
• Achieve your weekly and monthly targets as part of a multicultural Team
• Provide exceptional customer experience
• Represent your brand professionally and with dedication
• Document each interaction in a dedicated CRM system
• Act as a key participant within the internal team and wider by taking part in department initiatives providing feedback/updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues/department

• Native (C1+) level of Dutch
