Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Act as a primary host, checking guests in/out, managing special requests, and ensuring an unforgettable safari experience.
- Front of House & Administration: Oversee reservation tracking, coordinate guest logistics, and process point-of-sale invoicing.
- Operational Support: Support daily housekeeping audits, room checks, and maintenance coordination across all deluxe units and family chalets.
- Food & Beverage Service: Assist with daily dining service, boma dinner logistics, and bar inventory control.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate shift teams, promoting a positive, collaborative, and disciplined working environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of operational or hospitality supervisory experience (previous experience in a safari lodge or remote bush environment is highly advantageous). ...
