Responsibility
The Duty Manager represents hotel management in key areas of guest relations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of guest complaints while maintaining exceptional service standards, and oversees the smooth daily operations of the Front Office Department and the overall property to guarantee operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Oversees smooth Front Office and overall hotel operations, ensuring proper room assignments, reports, and lobby standards.
- Manages guest relations by handling complaints, special requests, courtesy calls, and VIP arrivals and departures.
- Directs and coordinates hotel emergencies, security actions, and safety inspections in line with established policies.
