The role focuses on workforce planning and profitability, and maintains enhanced compliance standards while playing a pivotal role in client relationships and direct reports development.
Duty Manager Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s vision and client requirements.
- Collaboratively coordinate and implement a workforce plan with the Resource Optimization Manager (ROM) team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly service and safety requirements.
