Job Title: Application Support Engineer – D365 Role Overview: We are hiring an Application Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application operations. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for D365 applications as per SLA Troubleshoot application, data, and user issues Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts Escalate complex issues to L3/vendors when required Support deployments, UAT, and release validations Manage user access and basic configurations Document incidents, RCA, and maintain knowledge base Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates Required Skills: 3 years of Application / Production Support experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) (Customer Service / Field Service / Dataverse / Power Platform) Experience ...
