E- Commerce Executive

About the role:

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online marketplace and website operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product listing, order management, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Upload product details, images, pricing, stock, and descriptions
• Handle order processing, tracking, returns, and cancellations
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory and update stock regularly
• Maintain product catalog and ensure accurate data
• Track sales performance and prepare reports in Excel
• Handle customer queries related to orders and products
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
