E-Commerce Key Account Specialist

What will you do: Key mission of E-Commerce Specialist is leveraging digitalization to create commercial impacts through E-Commerce activities & expand online market coverage with multi platforms. In detail, accountability of the role includes: Develop and implement growth strategies to grow E-Commerce business in Vietnam for different models (e-distributor, e-retailer, market place, social commerce, …) Initiate and implement E-Commerce activation campaigns to achieve sales revenue. Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting. Implement and localize zone campaigns to local business contexts Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps. Establish commercial policies for distributors to enhance E-Commerce sales for e-distributor, e-retailer.
