Opportunity Description
The E-Commerce Operations Staff is responsible for the daily management, optimization, and growth of online marketplace stores. The role ensures accurate product listings, campaign participation, performance monitoring, and compliance with platform policies to achieve revenue and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Management
Monitor and follow up on pending and unpaid orders with warehouse and customer service teams.
Check and update boosted products regularly.
Monitor chat response rate and coordinate with customer service to maintain high responsiveness.
Identify and correct poor-quality or suspended SKUs daily.
Upload and organize necessary documents in the shared drive.
