Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Optimise the The Wine Collective’s website across UX and CX , including navigation, PDPs, PLPs, cart, and checkout flows
- Identify friction points across the customer journey and implement improvements to increase conversion and AOV
- Translate customer behaviour, feedback, and analytics into actionable UX improvements
- Work closely with developers and designers to implement changes quickly and effectively
- Ensure site performance, functionality, and overall experience are aligned with TWC Brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of TWC’s optimisation backlog
- Work with Head of Tech to bring structure and clarity to what gets worked on and why.
- Conduct ongoing R&D and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, benchmark performance, and uncover opportunities to improve conversion, UX, and overall site effectiveness
