E-Commerce Specialist, South Asia Pacific

We are looking for an energetic and highly driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

The incumbent is expected to drive flawless execution of e‑commerce operations for key markets (Singapore and Australia) and manage stakeholder relationships across local, regional, and global teams.

• Ensure flawless b.com NPS by proactively tracking and escalating customer feedback to stakeholders. Where possible, suggest and drive improvements to process for long-term growth.
• To be the backup for AU in the event of edge case circumstances to ensure flawless business continuity.
