Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mid Shift)

Role description

Arcadis is seeking an Early Careers (EC) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Philippines. You will be joining our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team that provides support to our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Team. This position will work in an early midshift. This is a hybrid position that will work in the office and remotely.

Role accountabilities

Responsible in candidate management by screening volume applications using EightFold, moving them to appropriate recruitment phases and keeping them engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the recruitment activity.
