Love working with little learners? We’re looking for an Early Years LSA to join our vibrant school community—starting immediately in Horley.
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years LSA to join our Early Years team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting children aged 3–5 in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support learning within the EYFS framework
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Provide 1:1 and group support, including for children with additional needs in Horley
* Foster social, emotional, and academic development
Requirements:
* Experience in Early Years as an Early Years LSA, TA, or Early Years Educator
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
