Early Years Teacher

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years practitioner who will deliver high‑quality education that inspires curiosity and supports individual development. The role involves planning, delivering, and evaluating a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, creating engaging, play‑based learning experiences that promote exploration, active learning, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate a curriculum that meets the EYFS framework and supports all learners.
• Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of children and foster a positive, well‑organised classroom that encourages independence and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and support staff to observe, assess, and track children’s progress, using data to inform planning and next steps.
