**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Operates Diagnostic Ultrasound Equipment to perform Diagnostic Ultrasound procedures. Responsible for cleaning of ultrasound transducers and QC documentation.
Prepares patient for the procedure, gathering relevant information for documentation & scanning. (orders, questionnaires, consents)
Uses appropriate Thermo-regulation, using warmed Ultrasonic gel.
Practices radiation safety in radiography of patients.(Assessment of LMP, Shielding and Lowest exposure doses)
Evaluates images for optimal technical quality prior to sending to PACS. Is proficient in all PACS and digital ...
