Ecommerce Accounting Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Accounting Officer to monitor and reconcile online orders across our ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok). This role ensures that all orders are properly verified, paid, refunded, and recorded accurately.
What You’ll Do
- Verify if ecommerce orders are paid, pending, cancelled, or refunded
- Reconcile daily orders with payment records from ecommerce platforms and payment gateways
- Monitor transactions from Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and other online channels
- Coordinate with customer service and operations regarding payment issues or discrepancies
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and payment reports
- Assist with refund validation and financial documentation
