Our client, a fast growing beauty business is currently looking to recruit an Ecommerce Lead paying up to £55,000.

You will lead and trade the site, focusing on delivering strong commercial gains through improved website conversion performance and customer experience. You will be responsible for website revenue targets, driving and optimising full end to end site conversion. You will also manage Site Navigation and Personalisation, delivering customer level site optimisation and conversion journey, segment and testing strategy and roadmap.

To be considered you will have good knowledge of site trading and planning, site merchandising, targeting and content personalisation experience. You will also have strong experience in data-led insights to deliver improvements across site KPIs.
