Economist II, People Experience and Technology Central Science

The People eXperience and Technology Central Science (PXTCS) team uses economics, behavioral science, statistics, and machine learning to proactively identify mechanisms and process improvements which simultaneously improve Amazon and the lives, well-being, and the value of work to Amazonians.

The Benefits Science team is looking for an economist to transform complex business challenges into actionable scientific insights. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders to design and evaluate pilots, build models using large-scale data, and scale successful prototypes into company-wide policies and programs.

We're looking for someone who can combine rigorous scientific thinking with practical business acumen and is passionate about using economics to improve employee experiences at scale.
