Opportunity Description
EPAM is seeking an EDI Analyst to become part of the team during the busy season.
In this position, you will oversee daily operations, support the onboarding of new partners, and help sustain the reliability of the company's EDI environment. The team operates within the US EST time zone, and candidates are expected to have at least a working overlap between 9 am and 12 pm EST.
Responsibilities- Oversee and control the daily flow of EDI transactions across all live SPS Commerce integrations, making sure documents are exchanged accurately and on time
- Analyze, troubleshoot and fix functional acknowledgment (997) failures, mapping errors and issues related to trading partner compliance
- Run and review certification and regression tests within the SPS Commerce portal while onboarding new partners or applying specification updates
