Responsibilities
- Deliver and facilitate educational sessions in person and virtually for members in the field of group insurance and retirement.
- Create a positive learning experience centered on learners’ needs, promoting understanding, engagement and action‑taking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, improve and evolve education and communication solutions.
