We’re Hiring - Customer Engagement Role/Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell MCMCER’s certificate and professional development courses to students, working professionals and institutions.

- Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert leads into enrolments.

- Maintain relationships with students, track their progress, and provide post-enrolment support.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and outreach campaigns.

- Prepare weekly performance reports and assist in developing growth strategies.
