Opportunity Description
- Implement project specific EHS plan/HSMP at project site.
- Arrange PPEs based on requirement.
- Inspect materials, equipment and systems followed by subcontractor against project requirement and intervene where necessary.
- Conduct EHS orientation initially and periodic training programs and toolbox talks subsequently, for all site workers and staff.
- Arrange third party training to all critical roles such as rigger, lifting supervisors, bar being operator etc.
- Conduct mock drills like Fire Drills and Procure, inspect and arrange to maintain safety equipment like Fire Extinguishers and emergency sirens
- Order and put up safety signs on site and maintain them.
- Do a site walk with site personnel Weekly
- Ensure to complete periodic H&S audits and workplace inspections and address non-conformities immediately.
- Conduct risk assessments periodically and propose mitigation plan.
