CPL is seeking a Senior Manager for its EHS team to develop and oversee critical policies and programs. This role demands extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and cGMP practices. You will work with production and engineering teams to promote safety, assess risks, and implement improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance EHS policies to meet compliance standards
• Lead personal and process safety integration initiatives
• Manage and mentor the EHS team for accountability
• Partner with departments to assess hazards and develop solutions
• Coordinate emergency response drills and training sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Minimum 7 years in health, safety, and environmental roles
