EHS Supervisor — Drive Zero-Accident Manufacturing

Responsibilities

1. Plant-wide implementation of the Safety and Environment Management Manual.
2. DOLE-BWC Safety Standards, 5S Manual, energy-saving initiatives, and compliance with the Environmental Management System.
3. Identify workplace hazards, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure effective control measures are in place to prevent incidents and injuries.
4. Conduct and facilitate safety trainings and seminars, lead safety meetings and audits, and drive safety promotional activities to strengthen safety practices within assigned areas.
5. Support the achievement of the company's goal of Zero Accident through proactive and sustained safety management.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of any Engineering.
• At least 5 years minimum experience as Safety head preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Must have full understanding of the DOLE-BWC Safety standards.
