EL Sales Support Specialist - Configuration and Quotation

Responsibilities

Support sales teams with quotation creation and management, preparing bids, estimations, and commercial offers based on customer specifications or budgets to achieve market competitiveness and sustainable margins. Operate in a dynamic, multicultural environment across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role contributes to the Electrification – Smart Power and Smart Buildings divisions in the Asia‑Pacific Region.

• Formulate competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by selecting the best available product mix and considering appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation using Salesforce, Conga, Power BI, and related tools.
• Create well‑documented tenders in a timely manner with accurate, detailed costs using established quotation tools.
• Manage the preparation of technical, financial, and, when required, project‑management aspects of bids, estimates, and quotations, indicating prices and trading conditions.
