Elder Care Provider

We are looking for a reliable, attentive, and physically capable individual to support an 82-year-old woman in our home in Niagara Falls Ontario as she recovers from a back injury. The ideal candidate will provide a mix of mobility assistance and household support during the crucial midday hours (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Primary Responsibilities
Mobility & Physical Support (The Priority)
Transfer Assistance: Providing steady, "hands-on" help for getting in/out of bed, transitioning to chairs, and safely using the washroom.
Supervised Walking: Ensuring her safety while she practices walking around the apartment to prevent falls.
Rehab Exercises: Encouraging and assisting with daily physical therapy movements to help her regain strength.
Fresh Air: Helping her transition indoors and outdoors for short walks or seated time outside when weather permits.
Cognitive & Companion Care
Mind Exercises: Engaging her in conversation, reading, or mental games (p...
