- Manage the design and installation of electrical components and sensors for forklifts.
- Guide the development of electrical circuits and wiring harnesses.
- Review and approve 3D CAD models and drawings.

- Lead and support a team of electrical engineers.

4. Problem Solving
- Identify and fix design issues during development and testing.
- Improve design processes and product reliability.
5. Communication
- Communicate clearly in Japanese or English with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
