Opportunity Description
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and client requirements.
- Develop electrical design layouts, schematics, load schedules, and cable sizing in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Perform quantity take-offs for electrical systems, including LV/MV systems, lighting, power distribution, ELV, fire alarm, and grounding systems.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals based on designs and supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment on technical and commercial aspects.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization efforts in design and estimation phases.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client/consultant interactions as required.
