Electrical Design & QS Specialist

Location: Manila, Head Office. Employment: Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Review Electrical requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of cost estimates.
• Create a complete Electrical Plan based on the client’s requirements and Local/National code compliant.
• Measure plan and prepare bill of quantities for Electrical System.
• Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMIs, change orders, and other construction-related claims.
• Conduct site visits and reconcile evaluated proposals if necessary; Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison.
• Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation.
• Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids.
• Quarterly update of the material/equipment cost database.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers.
