**Job Description**

+ Develop and review project Scope of services and Facilities, Estimate and Schedule
+ Knowledge of planning, scheduling and work reporting.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with client, other disciplines, vendors, contractors promoting Client Service Excellence
+ Develop the most cost-effective total project solution for execution of the discipline design work
+ Incorporate health, safety, and environmental factors in design
+ Participate in project meetings & client review meetings
