Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer-Optics & Semiconductors

Job Description

Perform detailed electrical failure analysis on RMA (Return Material Analysis) and internal production fallback units. Identify root cause of failures using systematic engineering methods (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D) and work with engineering teams on corrective solutions. Prepare comprehensive FA reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations with the agreed turnaround time (TAT). Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to drive continuous product improvement. Participate in customer discussions regarding failure mechanisms and product reliability. Operate and maintain failure analysis equipment, ensuring that it is calibrated and in good working order. Troubleshoot equipment as needed.

Job Requirements
