Our client is a reputable manufacturer in Heywood and due to continued growth are looking for an Electrical Installation Supervisor.
The Job
* Provide adequate and cost-effective technical support
* Ensure jobs are completed on time and deviations from original contract are reported to the installation manager
* Site personnel are utilised effectively to ensure efficient job progress
* Maximise efficient use of materials and stock
* Maintain adequate levels of performance and behaviour from all site personnel
* Review site documentation and ensure that it is being completed correctly and assist when required
* Report on site personnel to assist in employee appraisal
