Electrical Lead Responsibilities
* Full ownership of the Electrical Systems package, ensuring all installations align with project specs and QA plans.
* Manage day-to-day site operations, including direct labor, sub-contractor activities, and manpower levels.
* Drive a safety-first culture. Oversee the setup and close-out of site safety files and QA documentation.
