Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £62,868

Hours: A shift rotation with a mixture of days/night and some weekend working. The working shifts days consist of 6am to 6pm and nights consist of 6pm-6am.

A bit about the role

You might know this role as a Multi‑Skilled Engineer, Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer, but here at Butternut Box we call it a Multi‑Skilled Engineer. As a Multi‑Skilled Engineer for a dual site operation, Rudie’s Kitchen, our Manufacturing Site and Ace’s Pantry, our UK Warehouse & Fulfilment Centre, you will have full accountability for the efficient up‑keep of all production, fulfilment and site services equipment.

The Engineer needs to be able to fault‑find and problem‑solve on a broad range of equipment and situations, which is key to resolving technical/engineering issues in a high‑volume production environment where keeping the plant running safely and efficiently is the prime objective.
