The L2, Software & Electrical Engineering Department, within MED Electrical, plays a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of modern wind turbine systems. The department main priorities are the integration and maintenance of all electrical and software components that enable efficient turbine operation, grid compliance, and advanced monitoring capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical queries, variations, and payment claims are assessed promptly
- Ensure all work carried out follows Vestas Quality and Site Safety requirements
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand root causes and translate findings into actionable solutions
