Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain a high quality of customer service to the customer base.
- Perform electrical maintenance and repair work; install/replace fixtures, switches, receptacles, and wiring in compliance with the current National Electric Code.
- Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears.
- Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
- Respond quickly to trouble calls when a breakdown occurs. Communicate to management whether the problem can be corrected and whether business can continue as usual.
