Opportunity Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster a culture of safety by actively participating in safety initiatives and upholding environmental health and safety (EHS) standards and practices.
- Deliver hands-on technical expertise and timely solutions for both scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance, covering production equipment and support systems such as medium- and high-voltage machinery, 250VDC supply systems, compressed air systems, CNC machines, crane remote controls, PLCs, AC/DC drives, and network systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during the setup, testing, and commissioning phases of new or modified equipment to ensure smooth operational integration.
- Provide mentorship and skill development opportunities for supervisors and technical staff, with an emphasis on continuous improvement in technical capabilities.
