**Job Description**
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts, and captures for next-generation capabilities within our Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product Line at BAE Systems.

The product line is seeking a self-motivated and energetic program manager to join a staff focused on leading the strategy, development, and capture of new markets and solution spaces. This program manager position is responsible for leading and managing a large cross-functional program team, assuring that project s financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
