**Job Title: Electronics Assembler – Cable and Wire Harness**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on building complex cable and wire harness assemblies to support customer orders. You will assemble cables and copper wire, follow detailed work instructions, and use production aids and testing equipment to ensure every harness meets quality and performance standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble complex wire cables and harnesses according to work instructions and production documentation.
+ Lay out formal harnesses on form boards, cut wire and cable to specified lengths, and route wires between multiple connectors.
+ Strip wire insulation using hand tools and semi-automatic stripping machines, ensuring clean and accurate strip lengths.
+ Crimp inserts, pins, contacts, and terminals onto single wires and multi-conductor cables using hand crimpers and other tools.
