Job Description

Nibras International School is looking for a qualified and passionate Pastoral Dean of Students to join the growing elementary team in August 2026.

The Elementary Pastoral Dean of Students plays a key role in supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral development of students across the elementary school. This position focuses on promoting a positive school culture, ensuring student wellbeing, and working closely with staff, students, and families to address behavioral and pastoral concerns.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Overall Pastoral Leadership

• Monitoring student behavior, attendance, and overall conduct, and intervening when concerns arise.
• Support staff in the consistent implementation of behavior expectations and restorative practices.
• Champion a whole-KG1-G5 approach to wellbeing, promoting a culture of care, respect, and belonging.
