Craftamo is expanding its marketing team and we’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager who can elevate how we communicate with customers across email, SMS, and all lifecycle touchpoints.

If you understand how to guide customers from first purchase to long-term loyalty - and you know how to build automated journeys that drive repeat sales - this role is for you.

You will be responsible for architecting and executing our retention strategy, shaping customer experiences, and ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind throughout the entire buying cycle.

This position works closely with our performance marketing specialist, product development team, creatives, and CEO to deliver cohesive launch campaigns and strong customer engagement.
