EMEA Category Lead - MRO Contractor

As the Contractor Services Category Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing long-term procurement strategies aligned with our organizational goals. Collaborating closely with Operations’ teams as your key business partners, you will lead the development and execution of innovative supply strategies, leveraging market intelligence, risk analysis, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Category Management: Overseeing procurement and strategic management for Repair and Maintenance, defining preferred vendors able to support daily maintenance, shutdown, and project works.

Supplier Relations: Conducting supplier sourcing, selection, and contract negotiations while building strong supplier relationships through robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
