Payroll Specialist – EMEA Payroll Operations (Philippines)

We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to support our EMEA payroll operations based in our Philippines office. The role requires working in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with the Global Payroll team and colleagues across different regions and time zones globally.

Responsibilities

• Process off‑cycle, fortnightly, and monthly payroll.
• Prepare high‑volume payroll inputs and documentation for new hires and leavers, ensuring timely submission to payroll vendors as per statutory requirements.
• Manually validate and cross‑check computation for Gross‑to‑Net Payroll Register (proration, allowances, deduction, bonuses) in compliance with SOX.
• Submit payroll registers for manager approval within stipulated timelines.
• Schedule and upload employees' net pay and government‑related payments via the bank portal for approval.
