Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- 2+ years of inbound/outbound voice support experience
- Emergency/call dispatch or crisis support background preferred
- Excellent verbal English communication (C1 Versant required)
- Strong listening, comprehension, and adaptive conversation skills
